Recipe: A Better Baking Mix

If you haven't noticed, Bisquick has a low-fat version. However, it's still packed with preservatives and lacking in fiber. This version is delicious and easy to make at home. Do heed the warning about keeping it in the freezer, though.

I saw this on your site and I admit, I'm hooked on trying this. I'm all about trying homemade mixes and more to make food cheaper, but also healthier! That reminds me I need to share my Gifts in a Jar recipe book that my mom gave to me. It's fantastic!

I'm already trying to figure out how to make the cookies chocolatey. Can't help it, chocolate anything is good. LOL
