Beef Fricasse

Low Carb Changes:

1. Substitute an equal amount of ground up pork rinds for the bread crumbs.
2. Use Wondra flour to mix with the shortening. Less lumps!
3. Substitute either rutabaga chunks or turnip chunks for the potato for a low-carb alternative. Fresh cauliflower can also work, but will be somewhat mushy.
