Pumpkin/Winter Squash Bread

Pumpkin/Winter Squash Bread

This versatile bread allows you to flex according to what's available in the grocery store in produce. Sometimes I can find only butternut squash or acorn squash, and not a sugar baby or pie pumpkin. I have resorted to canned pumpkin.

This bread comes out a bit dense and chewy. It has whole wheat flour as well as bread flour.
