Impossible Pumpkin Cheesecake

The garnishes at the bottom of the recipe are just the starting point. Everyone loves their pumpkin pie and/or cheesecake served a different way. I'm a fan of a little Cool Whip, and that's it. A friend of mine prefers a drizzle of caramel sauce and a sprinkling of nuts. For others, ice cream "cuts the sweet."
