Pineapple Pound Cake

Pineapple Pound Cake

This one requires the use of a stand mixer, if you have one. You can do this with a hand mixer or mix by hand, but I personally don't have the stamina or the time. Stand mixers that come with a whisk and a dough hook are just fine. You don't have to spend a fortune.

Notes:

1. I used Butter Flavored Crisco sticks for easy measuring of the shortening and to add that little bit of extra butter flavor.
